Refund & Return Policy – Infinity Point LK

At Infinity Point LK, we value our customers and want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our refund and return policy carefully:

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).
  • Items must be in resalable condition. Opened or used products (such as cosmetics, personal care items, or hygiene products) cannot be returned for safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance sale items.
  • Personal care items (cosmetics, hair clippers, etc.) once opened/used.
  • Inflatable items once opened/used (unless defective).
  • Customized or special-order products.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
  • We will arrange a replacement after verification.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (bank transfer, card, or cash refund for COD orders).
  • Refunds may take 5–10 working days depending on your bank/payment provider.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the order can only be returned as per our standard return process.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we delivered the wrong product.
  • For wholesale buyers, bulk returns will be handled case-by-case.
